SHIPPING GUIDELINES AND RATES
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Some orders ship from multiple warehouses — if yours does, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on them if you have a hard deadline.
Flat-Rate Shipping (UPS Ground or USPS Priority)
We charge flat-rate shipping based on total order weight. For the best per-pound value, we recommend ordering in multiples of 20 lbs — a 20 lb order ships for just $20.
